Terms of Service

1. Service scope

EraIn provides auditability, decision governance, and ROI attribution services and platform capabilities as described in the governing commercial documents. Work is performed based on provided data, agreed access boundaries, and stated assumptions.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful data with required internal permissions.
• Assign accountable owners for review, decisioning, and approvals.
• Validate outputs before execution in production environments.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful use of services.
• No attempts to bypass security controls or access restrictions.
• No reverse engineering except where law explicitly permits.

4. Intellectual property

EraIn retains rights to pre-existing tools, methods, and platform IP. Client-owned source data remains client property. Deliverables and usage rights are governed by contract.

5. Confidentiality and data handling

Both parties protect confidential information. Data handling practices follow our privacy and security commitments and any signed data processing terms.

6. Warranty and liability boundaries

Services are provided with commercially reasonable care. Except as required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, implied warranties are disclaimed, and liability boundaries are governed by the signed agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for security risks, non-payment, or material breach. On termination, data return/deletion follows the agreed contract and legal obligations.
