Engineering at EraIn

Build for failure modes first, then scale velocity.

EraIn engineering exists to run production operating systems, not demo-grade interfaces. Every release is measured against reliability, governance compliance, and commercial quality outcomes.

Runtime stack

Current architecture

  • Astro SSR runtime deployed on Cloudflare Pages.
  • D1 as system-of-record for leads, audits, offers, and weekly metrics.
  • KV for acceleration and fallback index paths.
  • Ops gate framework with automation from p1 to p13.
Release discipline

How shipping decisions are made

  • Reliability or commercial hard fail triggers immediate release stop.
  • Build + gate checks run before deployment and weekly go/no-go cycles.
  • Status transitions and admin actions remain policy-constrained.
  • Control-tower output is treated as the final executive release signal.
Current Priorities

Execution focus for this cycle

  1. Cut time-to-value variance and strengthen day-level stage predictability across active pilots.
  2. Harden multi-model failover thresholds and bounded-latency response paths.
  3. Automate discount/scope policy enforcement before proposals leave admin workflow.
  4. Increase proof publication speed without compromising legal and data safety controls.
